Create your organisation and first workspace

Signing up creates two things: an organisation, which owns your plan and your audit trail, and a workspace, which is where a register actually lives.

What to name them

The organisation is your company or the part of it you are improving. The workspace is the thing being improved — a service, a site, a product line. Most people start with one of each and only add workspaces when two groups genuinely need separate registers.

Two-factor authentication

Owners and administrators must complete two-factor enrolment before they can reach the app. This is not optional and it is not a setting: those roles can change who has access to your data, so the account holding them has to be harder to steal than a password.

Contributors and improvement managers sign in with a password alone.

What happens next

The register starts empty. Capture something small first — a niggle that has annoyed you twice this month is a better first entry than a strategic programme, because you will find out within a week whether the scoring feels right.
