    • Connect Jira Service Management or Freshservice and import the improvement ideas already sitting in your incident reviews, problems and survey feedback.
    • Check every imported item before it joins your register, with a link back to where it came from.
    • Raise an improvement without leaving Jira, and show your live register inside a Confluence page.

    • Give each supplier or client their own workspace under one organisation, so people see only the work that belongs to them.
    • Chair one review board that spans every supplier, instead of one meeting per contract.
    • Produce evidence for each supplier separately, so every contract can stand on its own at audit.

    • Raise an improvement from Microsoft Teams or Slack and have it land in the register with everything else.
    • Optional AI help to draft review minutes, group duplicate ideas and suggest likely root causes.
    • AI stays off unless your organisation switches it on, a person approves every suggestion before it saves, and AI-written text is labelled.

    • A dashboard that brings together the benefits your completed improvements delivered.
    • Every chart paired with the same figures as a table, so the numbers are readable by everyone.
